We are Awake; We are Aware. Then, Why Problems?
The Cause of Constant Turbulence in Life
Problems are the product of oblivion. When we are faced with an issue, we realize where we went wrong and what was the reason behind it. We regret that one minor mistake, which caused the major turnout. We then many a time conclude that the problem primarily emanated due to our lack of mindfulness.
We are not mindful of the chain of reactions that would unfold by the step or one moment of blackout.
Mindfulness as it is generally perceived
Mindfulness is awareness. Intuitively, when we are awake; we are aware. Then why is constant turbulence in our peace of mind due to focus problems?
The First Summit in the Search of an Answer
The answer lies in the definition of Mindfulness. The general concept we just touched, has more to it than just awake awareness.
What is Mindfulness?
The General and True Meanings
According to the Oxford English Dictionary, mindfulness is the quality of being conscious or aware of something. But, mindfulness is more than just awareness. It means to see each object and each happening from an observant lens.
Mindfulness When It is Taken in General
When we are awake, we are just physically aware of the happenings around us. We go around our day, doing what we consider worthy of doing, missing important details. This proves to be harmful to us in the long term. We would not be able to achieve our goals because we remain oblivious to what our goals really are and what we want. We would also miss the emotional side of life by not being mindful of the feelings of the people around us.
The Map: Where do Problems Come From?
Problems are a part of life and they come from the figures, playing both important and less significant roles in our life. And precisely, they come from our lack of sensibility of their reactions to different scenarios. This oblivion is the root cause of a ton of issues. Not only this, but when we are not mindful, we are also not in a better position to cater to problems.
