This gold means ratio involves a balance between diet, exercise, environment, lifestyle, and mindset. We believe that if you can find a way to juggle all these on an average scale, you will be better equipped to deal with life in general.

With this model of living, you can achieve this balance through three important steps:

 

First Step

The first step is inception. As it is popularly said in the field of psychology, you cannot solve a problem unless you acknowledge its existence. So first we focus on recognizing and exploring all the segments of your life deeply. The coachee observes themselves and their surroundings such as their personality, their relationships, lifestyle, diet, and environment.

Diet is a very important deciding factor in how we live our life. Most of the people we meet have a direly unbalanced diet that can impact their physical health in negative ways. We help the coachee shift to a better diet that contains plant-based food rich in fiber and a diet with a clear balance between meat and vegetables/fruits.

We encourage you to sustain regular and consistent physical activity that will keep your body in shape. We implore you to assess your relationships, let off toxic friendships and cut off abusive relationships. Our coaches are good judges of whether you get a sense of purpose from your life, fulfillment from relationships, and happiness from personal hobbies.

Our coaches train you to let go of bad habits and seek help for smoking, alcohol abuse, and substance abuse. And last but not the least, we focus on their mental health to achieve energy that is inspired and not negatively influenced by their surroundings. Our aim is to boost the happy chemicals your brain makes such as dopamine and serotonin to keep your mental health satisfied. Researches have shown that people who meditate have shown increased levels of dopamine. Our meditators teach you how to meditate effectively and maintain a positive mood, stay motivated, and stay in the meditative state for a longer period of time.

 

Second Step

In this step, our coaches work closely with the client to instill the importance of the changes necessary to make their lives better. We communicate with the coachee through theories of self-determination and motivation to encourage them to actually make these changes. This step is focused on reducing resistance to behavioral change. We use extensive tools and techniques to achieve balanced health, financial stability, and mental wellbeing.

 

Third Step

This is the implementation step of the process. In this step, we make a practical plan with the client to achieve our desired goals. Our goal should be SMART; specific, measurable, achievable, realistic, and timely. We can execute the necessary changes in this stage.

Natasha, our financial coach has a solid background in finance with a degree in Bachelor of Chemical Engineering and MBA. She has extensive experience of more than a decade in the financial industry, working with various fortune 500 companies to expand their financial horizons. With her knowledge and experience, she has helped people from different socioeconomic backgrounds to achieve their financial goals and is continuing to do so.

She also works as a health coach who is passionate about helping people maintain a balance in all aspects of their diet, following good habits, and ensuring they are in the prime of their health at all times. She focuses on exercise, diet, supplements, and gets you in touch with the relevant healthcare personnel to ensure you are getting adequate medical attention for all your needs.
She has also worked in a wide spectrum of niches for over 25 years in the field of life coaching. She has helped hundreds of people achieve their personal goals, taught them ways to navigate their careers, and build strong personal relationships. Her contribution to the cause is unparalleled.
